Rare in family vacation home rentals, our residential elevator, front and rear sloping ramp access, and wide hallways and doors provide friendly access for rolling suitcases as well as strollers and wheelchairs. Use our cart to carry the groceries to the second floor kitchen.


We are a short walk to the marina for boating, fishing and the fun of a lake tour. We are a short drive- or long walk - to the charming Big Bear Lake Village, offering a theater, live music at The Cave and many other sites, fine restaurants, the candy and ice cream store, art galleries and loads of shops.


Skiing and snowboarding are easy to reach and you can store your equipment safely in the garage.

Upstairs, there is a puzzle area and a separate but visible play area for your smaller children. Three of the five bedrooms are on the upper level with the family room, dining area and chef's kitchen. The laundry area is also on this level.
